Shimano · ref FC-7400 series (FC-7410 from 1994) · 1984–1996
Part of the Shimano Dura-Ace 7400 groupset.
This is the double crankset of the Dura-Ace 7400 era, from 1984 to the arrival of 7700 in 1997. It uses a square-taper bottom bracket and 130 mm BCD chainrings, which Velobase lists as the usual bolt circle for Shimano road doubles. Sheldon Brown's spindle table lists Dura-Ace 7400–7402 doubles on a 112 mm spindle for a 68 mm English shell and 113 mm for a 70 mm Italian shell, with the right end of the spindle 3 mm longer than the left. Two changes during the run matter to buyers. Sheldon Brown's Dura-Ace timeline lists Superglide chainrings, shaped to help front shifts, from 1990, and "FC7410 Low Profile SG-X cranks" from 1994. The FC-7410 runs on a shorter 103 mm spindle in the same table, so it does not share a bottom bracket with the earlier cranks. Sheldon Brown also notes that some older Dura-Ace cranks used a shorter taper than most other Shimano cranks. The safe approach is to buy the matching Dura-Ace bottom bracket, or confirm the spindle spec before mixing parts.
Buying guide
About 71 listings turn up, mostly FC-7400 and FC-7402 doubles plus a few later FC-7410 cranks and some arm sets sold without rings; complete sets usually run $100–220 delivered. Read the model number on the back of the arm, because 7400–7402 cranks want a 112 mm (English) or 113 mm (Italian) spindle while the 1994 FC-7410 uses a 103 mm one, so the two don't share a bottom bracket. All take 130 mm BCD rings, so ring sizes are easy to change; check the arm length, that both rings and the fixing bolts are there, and look for cracks at the pedal eye and spider. Treat NOS and 180 mm sets over $400 as collector pricing, not the going rate.

Our take
This is the later FC-7410, which uses a 103 mm spindle, not the 7400's 112–113 mm; the title only mentions a 39T ring, so ask whether the outer ring is included.
