Vintage road bike derailleurs
Front and rear derailleurs from three schools: Campagnolo's parallelogram Nuovo Record (introduced around 1966), SunTour's slant parallelogram (patented in 1964; competitors adopted it when the patent expired in 1984), and Shimano's Dura-Ace 7400 and 600 derailleurs built for SIS indexing. Capacity, cage length and indexing family decide what a used derailleur will work with.
